Dana brings more than two decades of expertise applying scientific insights to the selection and development of senior executives. Previously, she was an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, leading assessment innovation and initiatives in research, insights, AI integration, and go-to-market strategy. Before that, she spent five years at Google as Head of Leadership Assessment, launching a companywide platform that strengthened succession pipelines across Alphabet.
