Barb Bidan is a Chief People Officer and senior operating executive who partners with CEOs and leadership teams to scale consumer and technology businesses and enable sustained growth. She currently serves as Interim CPO at Ryan, LLC. Previously, she was CPXO at Crunchyroll, leading through rapid global scale with executive responsibility for HR, IT, Internal Communications, and Workplace. She works closely with leadership teams on organizational design, operating cadence, and execution that drives productivity and growth. Her prior leadership roles include Peloton, Indeed, Yahoo, and BlackBerry. Barb holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
