I’m the Co-Founder & CEO of Rapport, where we use AI to strengthen people skills at work so teams build trust, clarity, and sustainable performance. I’ve led AI product at startups for years. Rapport is my third company building with AI, focused on practical, human-centered applications. Before startups, I was a professional classical musician and performed across Europe, Canada, and the US, including at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. Music trained me to lead the same way I build companies: practice the hard parts, listen deeply, and create shared rhythm across different roles.
