As an HR practitioner, designer, and consultant, Amy Lavoie has dedicated her career to the science of happiness and success at work. She currently serves as the VP of People Science at Culture Amp, where her team utilizes 1.3 billion data points from over 8,000 organizations to develop and scale insights into the product and customer experience. Previously, Amy was the Chief People Officer at Torch, where she led the People and Behavioral Science teams, being named a Best Place to Work. Her experience also includes integrating People Science into products and services for Gartner, Glint, and LinkedIn.
