Rochelle Noone is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Stanford Medicine Partners, which is the medical foundation for Stanford Healthcare. The foundation operates over 40 community clinics throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She is responsible for developing and managing the human resources strategies and operations. She identifies, and implements the needed infrastructure, programs and associated change management processes, to ensure that the organization’s business objectives are met. Rochelle is an experienced healthcare leader with over 20 years of human resources leadership experience. She has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Memphis, an MS in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from the Yale School of Management. Rochelle is currently an Advisory Council Member at Cal State East Bay; a member of Stanford Medicine’s Diversity Cabinet and received the “Leadership Excellence” award from the National Diversity Council and one of the top 100 Diversity Officers in December 2022. Rochelle was featured in Vision Magazine in 2023 and featured on the cover of the CIO Times as one of “The 5 Most Influential Business Women to Follow in 2024”
