After serving as Chief People Officer in a couple of global tech companies Peter Phelan hung out a consulting shingle as a Culture Doctor in 2016, as he wanted to help more than one company at a time curate positive, empowering, and high-performing cultures. In his spare time this #AI (Amusing Irishman) takes his "gift of the gab" to Manhattan's standup stages at clubs like Comic Strip Live, Gotham Comedy Club, and Stand Up NY performing with the likes of Jim Gaffigan, TJ Miller, Jerry Seinfeld & George Wallace.
