Craig Forman is an organizational psychologist and Founder of CultureC Consulting, where he helps executive teams build human centered workplace cultures that drive performance. He previously served as a Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp, supporting hundreds of organizations in designing and scaling employee listening and performance strategies. Craig is also a Graduate Teaching Fellow in Motivation at Harvard University and was named a 2025 Engagedly Top 100 HR Influencer.
