Mercedes Sullivan is EVP, People, Culture & Communications at McKinley Companies, where she leads enterprise transformation by enabling high-performing, human-centered organizations that scale trust, connection, and capability during times of change. Previously, she held senior people leadership roles at TIAA, leading HR transformation, agile delivery, and AI-enabled employee experiences. Earlier in her career, she led program delivery at Symphonic Strategies and financial services research at CEB (now Gartner). A former national tennis champion from Mexico and top international junior player, Mercedes holds degrees in International Studies from Boston College and the University of Sydney.
