Carolyn Moore is a seasoned Chief People Officer, board member, and CEO of CultureFluence Consulting, with nearly 30 years of HR leadership across technology companies. She is also Managing Director of Momentum People, leading CPO cohorts and coaching executives in high-growth companies. Carolyn has driven talent strategy, IPO readiness, and over 10 M&As for companies from $50M to $6.5B, including Apple, NVIDIA, Auth0, Samsung, and several VC-backed companies. She has served on multiple boards and is an advisor to two early-stage SaaS companies. Outside work, she enjoys travel, scuba diving, Formula 1, and is pursuing a Sommelier certification.
