Melanie Naranjo is the VP of People at Ethena, a modern compliance training platform focused on making training more engaging and effective. Formerly the VP of People & Culture at Insider Inc., Melanie has experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work, training and development, and scaling growing companies for success. She has spent her career helping grow high-performing teams and establishing cultures that lean on open dialogue, shared responsibility, and empathy. Melanie attended Harvard University, where she was a peer advising fellow. She currently resides in New Jersey with her rambunctious cats and one pup.
