Sanja is a President at QuestionPro, where she collaborates with organizations globally to help them build a stronger relationship with their employees and to create a culture that workers love to be a part of. Before joining QuestionPro, she was the Head of the Future of Organizations Studio at Globant, and led several businesses at CareerBuilder, managing international teams while living in Chicago, London, and Buenos Aires. Sanja holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and an executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
