Kate Manahan is the Chief People Officer at Bus Patrol, an AI powered safety tech company. She previously served as the CPO of Built Technologies, and prior to that spent 15 years at Bridgewater Associates, helping create and scale several of their talent programs rooted in the firms’ notorious culture of radical candor and transparency. Kate has extensive experience in creating infrastructure to hire, develop, and retain top talent at scale, coupled with a passion for building high-performing cultures. She is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Communications and a minor in Women’s Studies.
