Learning, adaptability and agility will be essential components for talent strategies.  Layer in a multi-generational and diverse workforce and managing positive workforce dynamics will require more skill than has been needed in the past.  In a fast changing world, how do employers create an environment where employees can thrive? This session led by Trey Boynton, Chief's Chief Diversity and People Officer and Janine Yancey, founder and CEO of Emtrain, will discuss how employers can teach, measure and develop culture skills within all levels of management to ensure managers are fostering social and team dynamics that enable employees to thrive during this period of rapid change.
