As Chief’s Chief Diversity & People Officer, Trey leads the talent functions and the inclusion and impact strategy for all Chief stakeholders including employees, senior executives, partners and communities. Prior to Chief, she was Senior Director of Inclusion & Collaboration at Cisco, managing a team dedicated to delivering on inclusion promises. She built her career in equity and inclusion over 20 years working at the University of Michigan. In 2017, she shifted to the tech industry as Duo Security’s first Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Trey studied at Spelman College, and University of Michigan, where she earned her Master’s in Higher Education.
