Emma King is the Chief People & Culture Officer at Envoy, where she leads the people strategy across culture, leadership, talent and the employee experience. She is passionate about building people practices that are practical, human and embedded into how the business operates, with a particular focus on leadership development, organizational effectiveness and using AI to simplify and strengthen the employee lifecycle. Emma is also an ICF PCC Executive Coach, working with VPs and senior executives as they step into bigger roles, broaden their impact and evolve how they lead.
