Yael Irom is Global Head of Talent Development at Tanium, leading the company's shift to an AI-enabled workforce, building leader-facing AI workflows and supporting a company-wide AI adoption dashboard to deploy AI meaningfully at scale. A people leader and org designer at heart, she built Tanium's leadership enablement function from scratch, running it as a product: piloted, measured, iterated. Her thesis: people adopt change when they understand why, believe they can do it, and trust it's safe to fail. Yael holds a degree from Columbia University, a Master Executive Coach designation, and design thinking training from Stanford's d.school.
