Elena Raileanu is currently VP of HR at Beyond, where she leads people strategy and organizational development. Her path there wasn't traditional: she spent years as a journalist, TV news producer, and news writer, developing the storytelling and communication skills that still shape how she leads today. She teaches a course on networking at Northeastern University, relationship-building at Goodwill (where she serves as a board member), and professional connections at the YMCA's Adult Education & Workforce Development program. She's a longtime volunteer with Make-A-Wish and a frequent speaker at HR leadership conferences.
