Sarah Kagan is a speaker, coach, and provocateur at the intersection of grief and work. After losing her mother to pancreatic cancer, Sarah left the tech world to challenge the cultural silence around grief and loss in the workplace. Sarah is a nationally recognized voice for her thought leadership on topics including grief in the workplace, grief-informed leadership, and cringe culture. Rooted in lived experience, her work challenges grief-avoidant norms and helps leaders and communities move beyond performative care toward cultures rooted in clarity, empathy, and connection.
