Shauna Geraghty is SVP of People at Talkdesk, where she leads People, Talent, Corporate IT and Enterprise Applications and chairs the company’s AI Steering Committee. As Talkdesk’s first U.S. employee, Shauna has helped scale the company from its earliest stages into a global technology leader. Today, she focuses on leading AI-first transformation by redesigning how work gets done, deploying agentic technology and building the workforce and operating models required for the future. She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and brings a unique perspective at the intersection of people, technology and business transformation.
