Samantha Khoury is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Los Angeles Lakers. She plays a key role in coordinating seamless interaction between basketball and business operations, overseeing all-HR related facets with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment. She also provides strategic oversight of the organization’s information technology infrastructure and facilities & building operations, ensuring secure, reliable systems and well-maintained environments that enable business continuity, operational efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience. Prior to joining the Lakers in 2017, she worked for Pernod Ricard, NBC Universal, The Madison Square Garden Company and Sony Music Entertainment. Samantha received her BA degree in sociology and education from Bowdoin College and her MA degree in human resources management and development from New York University.
