Iryna Romaniv is CHRO at Enovix, where she leads all people and culture initiatives for the advanced battery technology company. Since joining in 2021, she has built and scaled the HR function to support Enovix's rapid growth. Iryna brings deep expertise in global HR leadership, with a career spanning both regional and international environments in the semiconductor and technology sectors. Prior to Enovix, she served as HR Director and Lead HR Business Partner at Infineon Technologies (formerly Cypress Semiconductor), where she provided strategic HR support to executives and teams across global business lines and served as HR lead through multiple mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Earlier in her career, she supported engineering organizations across multiple European locations as a site HR Business Partner at Cypress Semiconductor. Iryna is originally from Ukraine.
