Vicki A. Walia is Executive Vice President and Chief People and Experience Officer at Prudential Financial, where she leads the company’s global people strategy and oversees the People, Brand, and Marketing organizations. She is responsible for shaping a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture and aligning the employee experience with Prudential’s customer promise. Prior to this role, Vicki served as Chief People Officer and held several senior HR leadership positions across Prudential. Before joining the company, she held leadership roles at Moody’s Analytics and AllianceBernstein. A recognized thought leader, Vicki has taught analytics at NYU and holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
