Antoinette (Toni) Handler is Deputy Chief HR Officer and Chief People Officer, Americas at dentsu, known for leading talent, culture, and inclusion strategies. Previously, she was Global Head of HR for Amazon’s AWS Global Services, partnering with senior leaders on workforce strategy and driving talent development and cultural transformation. Toni has held senior HR roles at Avanade, MetLife, and Merrill Lynch, leading global teams and advancing talent management initiatives. She holds an M.A. from SUNY and a B.S. from NYU. Toni lives in New Jersey with her two children and enjoys spending time with family.
