Jessica Lee is Global Officer, Talent Acquisition & Associate Development at Marriott International. She leads global strategies to attract, hire, and develop talent across all levels—from interns to executives—supporting business performance and growth across nearly 40 brands. Her team focuses on creating opportunities for associates worldwide to learn, grow, and thrive. With over 20 years in HR leadership, Jessica is passionate about developing people and building strong talent pipelines. Outside of work, she serves as a Girl Scouts troop leader and cookie manager. A California native, she is an alum of University of Washington, where she studied Political Science and Labor Studies.
