Caroline Stockdale is Chief People and Communications Officer at First Solar. Prior to joining First Solar, Ms. Stockdale served as Chief Executive Officer for First Perform, a company that provides human resources services and products to companies. She has also served as Global Chief Human Resources officer at Medtronic, and Warner Music Group, and has held a variety of human resources leadership positions at American Express and General Electric. Ms. Stockdale has won awards for her innovative approach to solving business issues, is a recognized thought leader in talent and performance management. She was named Top Chief People Officer by IAOTP, is a two-time honoree as one of Arizona’s most influential women, a Top 50 Women Leaders in AZ for 2025 and was named to Who’s Who of Professional Women in Business. She is a mom and has a house full of rescue pups.
