Previously, Mr. Pelster is a retired Principal at Deloitte and former US Consulting Board member with over 25 years of industry and consulting experience focused on learning, leadership and talent management. He was also Deloitte’s Chief Learning Officer and led the creation of Deloitte Univeristy, the benchmark for outstanding learning globally according to Chief Learning Officer magazine. Mr. Pelster also served as the interim CHRO of Deloitte and was the board advisor to Deloitte India.
