Amy is the EVP and Head of Product for The Josh Bersin Company. In this role, she helps align solutions to HR leaders’ most critical needs. Amy has 25 plus years of experience developing insights and solutions that drive effective HR and business management in a rapidly changing environment. Prior to joining The Josh Bersin Company, Amy was a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s survey research and analytics practice and developed and launched a range of innovative HR solutions as part of CEB’s Corporate Leadership Council (now Gartner HR). Amy lives in Phoenix, AZ, and holds a BA from Wesleyan University.
