George Fatheree is the CEO of Oro, a next-generation employee housing benefits company that offers high impact pathways to homeownership and housing wellness to strengthen the workforce, differentiate employer brand, and empower employees to build long-term wealth. Before Oro, George won the landmark return of Bruce’s Beach – the first time in US history the government returned land to a Black family. George has also secured reparations for Holocaust survivors and advocated before California’s Supreme Court for students with disabilities. Before law, George worked as a strategy consultant and in education reform. George graduated from Harvard University and Loyola Law School.
