Maria has spent more than 25 years in the Human Capital Management Field in both internal and outsourcing roles. Her experience spans technology, hospitality, manufacturing and supply chain and includes over a two decades in delivering outsourced HR services to clients across the United States. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters degree in Public Policy from Georgia State University. Prior to joining Insperity Maria worked for Wyndham Worldwide as an HR Director and in both service and sales leadership roles at Paychex and ADP. She brings a passion for connecting business and human capital goals to her clients and their employees. In her free time Maria enjoys exploring Chicago with her husband and two daughters and rooting for the Chicago White Sox.
