Vicki specializes in bringing together an ecosystem of partners with common needs, providing strategic oversight for impactful workforce solutions. As an Ohio Technical Center director, she led a team responsible for applied learning training. Before her post-secondary career, she was the executive director of a 48-member nonprofit organization comprised of union, business, and community leaders. Vicki earned a BSBA from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree in education from the University of Phoenix. She’s held a CTE administrative license, a PHR certification, and an ACT WorkKeys® Job Profiler certification, and has served as a USDOL Apprenticeship Ambassador and mentor.
