Angel Cruzado is the Founder and CEO of Respiris, a company devoted to reinspiring people through career transitions. Throughout his career, Angel has helped scale both private and publicly traded companies while supporting employees through development, growth, and organizational change. Last September, Angel was diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer, a disease with a median survival rate of roughly 3–5%. Rather than accepting that statistic, he challenged his medical team to help him pursue every possible path toward a long life and built an AI-powered oncology advisor to help analyze treatment research and options.
