Kim Seals is a Senior Partner in West Monroe’s Organization, People, & Change practice. She has spent the last 35 years in global human resource consulting, corporate, and leadership roles. Her expertise includes leading HR strategy development and transformation, organizational design, talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, and recruiting program design, as well as technology development, selection, and implementations. Prior to joining West Monroe, Kim spent 15 years at Mercer, one of the largest global HR consulting firms, in several positions including Workday Global Practice Leader, Global Talent Technology Solutions Leader and HR Effectiveness Global Practice Leader.
