Usman “Oz” Khan is Senior Vice President of ADP Ventures Accelerator—a dual-function incubator and strategic investment arm—leading innovation, product incubation, and venture investing within ADP’s human capital management ecosystem. Based in New York, New York, Oz drives forward-looking initiatives that shape the future of work. Before this, he was Vice President of Product Management, where he guided product strategy, programs, and operations across ADP’s global technology portfolio. His work transformed sales, client services, and product capabilities, particularly in ADP Canada. Oz originally joined ADP in 2016 via corporate strategy and business development, harnessing insights to fuel growth. Prior to ADP, he held leadership roles in global partnerships, strategic planning, and corporate development at Rakuten, among others. Oz holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, he’s a passionate Formula 1 racing fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys.
