Hannah Spellmeyer is the Chief People Officer at Slingshot Aerospace, a defense and space technology company, where she leads people and talent strategy. Prior to joining Slingshot, Hannah led global talent acquisition and people operations across technology companies serving domestic and international defense and intelligence communities as well as fintech platforms and web3 businesses. She has supported organizations from Series A through Series D, scaling teams from roughly 80 employees to nearly 800 and helping drive growth to a $4B valuation. Throughout her career, Hannah has worked closely with leading venture capital firms including Benchmark, Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, Google Ventures, and Thrive Capital. Through these partnerships, she has developed a clear point of view on what “great” looks like at each stage of growth and built repeatable talent and organizational playbooks that resonate with founders, operators, and investors alike.
