Kenny Mendes is the Chief People Officer at Superhuman, where he leads the company’s global People and Workplace Experience teams. Before joining Superhuman, Kenny served as Chief Operating Officer at Coda, overseeing the People, Operations, and Legal functions. As one of the company’s earliest employees, he helped grow Coda from a private beta into a categorydefining product used by over 50,000 teams worldwide. Prior to Coda, Kenny was the first recruiting hire at Box, where he built the recruiting function from the ground up.
