She is known for aligning workforce strategy with business priorities to drive performance, innovation, and durable growth. Prior to Upwork, Sunita served as Vice President of People at Convoy, reporting to the CEO, and held senior people leadership roles at eBay and Airbnb, including Head of People for Airbnb’s Homes business. She holds dual MBAs in Human Resource Management and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
