Leslie Hardy most recently served as a Director at Pinterest, leading enterprise strategies at the intersection of social impact, responsible business, workforce equity, and external partnerships. She partnered with senior leaders to embed values-driven practices into business strategy, people systems, and global initiatives—strengthening organizational health, stakeholder trust, and sustainable performance. She previously led global DEIB strategy for 11,000+ associates at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (a Danaher company) and served in Cleveland Clinic’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, advancing workforce inclusion and health equity partnerships. Leslie holds degrees from Howard University and The New School and integrates evidence-based well-being practices into leadership and organizational design. She serves on the Board of Taproot Foundation and lives in the Washington, DC area with her family.
