Judith is the SVP of Product, Design and Marketing at Bonusly, where she's reimagining how technology can bring teams together to connect, collaborate, and grow. She's passionate about intentional leadership and all the ways work is changing, from the cultural impact of AI to how belonging and connection drive team success. It's a passion she brings both to her own teams and to Bonusly’s product itself, helping thousands of teams around the world do their best work together. She was born and raised in Germany and resides in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and two daughters.
