It is a great privilege to serve as the Director of People and Community at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), a nonprofit that pioneers psychedelic-assisted therapies. In my role at MAPS, we focus on ensuring these powerful tools are integrated responsibly, with guardrails and training standards. Much like those within the AI movement, we are curious how to steward transformative technologies and how the community finds the right balance.
