With over 20 years of experience, she has built and led high-performing HR teams at both global corporations and fast-growing companies. Before joining Redwood, Mandy was Chief Human Resources Officer at Shutterfly and has held CHRO roles at CentralSquare Technologies and Sierra Nevada Corporation. Her earlier career includes leadership roles at GE, Pepsi, Cargill, and CoreLogic, supporting frontline teams across manufacturing, technology, and engineering. Mandy also co-founded two ventures—a real estate business and an HR consulting firm, Optimizing You, where she worked with clients like Nike and La-Z-Boy.
