Inna Landman is Chief People Officer at Procore Technologies. In this role, she spearheads the company’s people strategy and the critical functions that bring it to life, including Talent, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, Culture, and People Operations. Inna is passionate about fostering a values led culture that unlocks human potential to drive business results. Prior to joining Procore, Inna spent over a decade at Workday, holding a variety of senior HR leadership roles. At Workday, Inna played a critical role in the company’s expansion from 2,500 to 20,000 employees. Her efforts were pivotal to cultivating Workday’s culture during a period of hyper-growth while scaling the business. Prior to Workday, Inna held HR leadership roles at organizations such as Target, T-Mobile, Diamond Foods, and Oracle. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.
