Madison Gooch is Vice President of watsonx, IBM’s generative AI platform, leading client and partner engagement across the Americas. Since joining IBM in 2014, she has held senior roles spanning sales, client success, go-to-market strategy, and leadership. Previously, Madison served as Chief of Staff to the General Manager of Watson and led global sales efforts for Conversational AI and Data Science technologies, including the launch of IBM’s first analytics cloud offerings in the Americas. Today, she oversees IBM’s generative AI technology stack and go-to-market strategy, focusing on digital labor, productivity, customer experience, and application modernization. Madison holds a BBA from the University of Kentucky and lives in Louisville, Kentucky.
