Natalie is an accomplished, goal‑oriented Chief Human Resources Officer with over 15 years of experience in the HR field. She brings broad expertise across people and culture functions. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Breeze Airways, following 16 years at HealthEquity as Executive Vice President of People and leader of multiple operations teams. Natalie is passionate about team engagement, development, and fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging. She was recognized as one of Utah’s Top HR Professionals by Utah Business Magazine in 2020. She studied Business at Salt Lake Community College and Adult Education at Westminster College.
