Donna Dorsey serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Alight, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across human resources, legal strategy, and organizational culture. She leads Alight’s global people strategy, overseeing talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. Known for driving transformation and building inclusive, purpose-driven teams, Donna plays a key role in fostering a workplace where colleagues are empowered to thrive and deliver value. Prior to Alight, she was Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer at International Motors (formerly Navistar), leading enterprise-wide HR strategy. Donna holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, with a certification in labor and employment law.
