She previously led HR teams at Pinterest for four years, guiding the organization through its 2019 IPO, and spent 12+ years at Apple, first building the retail organization and then leading global talent management as part of the Executive HR Team. At Lightspeed, she guides the HR function while providing strategic consultation and mentorship across the portfolio. Beth lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children.
