Kathy is the Chief People Officer at XPRIZE with over 25 years of leadership in HR, operations, marketing, and communications. She has held senior roles at Warner Media Entertainment, Snapchat, NBCUniversal, Comcast Entertainment Group, DreamWorks SKG, and Meow Wolf, where she helped launch HBOMax and led large-scale HR initiatives. Kathy began her career in advertising at BBDO Worldwide before moving into HR leadership. She is a certified Executive Coach with advanced training in Employee Relations from Cornell University. Kathy serves on the Board of HearMe, an on-demand wellness app. She holds a degree in Journalism/Mass Communications and Public Relations from Kansas State University and lives in Los Angeles.
