Melisa Miller serves as Chief People Officer (CPO) of TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising businesses including UFC and WWE. As CPO, Melisa shapes the organization’s global human resources function, implementing strategies that align employee experience with performance. Prior to this role, Melisa served as CPO of Endeavor Group Holdings, following her tenure as SVP of Human Resources where she led a global team of HR business partners. Previously, Melisa spent four years in leadership roles for Under Armour after overseeing Talent Management at American Eagle Outfitters. Melisa graduated from Southern Illinois University.
