Christina McClung is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Capital One’s Retail Bank, Premium Card Products, Shopping, Corporate Strategy, and Staff Functions, and Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. An open, honest leader with a mission to leave things better than she found them, Christina inspires her teams to strive for greatness. Since joining Capital One, she has led HR for multiple business areas—including as Chief People Officer for Capital One Canada—bringing game-changing talent to the company. Christina is a Virginia Tech alumna and founder of The Big Event, the second largest student-run community engagement day in the nation.
