Monica Patel is the Head of North America HR and Global HR Business Partners at Invesco Ltd. In her role, Monica partners with members of the Executive Leadership team on HR strategy & execution, and she manages a team of HR business partners. Monica has been with Invesco Ltd. for five years. She has over 20 years of HR experience in the Financial Services sector, both in NY and London. Prior to joining Invesco in 2019, Monica worked at OppenheimerFunds as an HR Business Partner for the Investments & ETF departments. She also worked at Citi as an HR Business Partner in various businesses including the Corporate & Investment Bank, Capital Markets Technology and Consumer Banking. Monica received her Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) from Cornell University and her B.A. in Psychology from the SUNY Binghamton. Monica is a certified Coach through Columbia University and recently received her ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
