Ryan Smith oversees AIG's overall talent strategy including talent acquisition, talent and performance management, culture & inclusion as well as learning and development. He is responsible for integrating AIG's talent management practices and inclusive culture by linking strategy with talent programs. Ryan joins AIG from Aptiv PLC where he led HR for the Global Software and Advanced Safety business unit. Previously, he held leadership roles at both General Electric and Intel Corporation, focusing on talent development and fostering globally diverse and inclusive cultures. He received his BA in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
